Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you. We believe you should never have to wonder where your order is.

Orders are checked and prepared before dispatch. Processing time may vary during launches, limited editions, promotional periods, or exceptionally high order volumes. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your name, phone number, email address where applicable, and delivery address are accurate when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed delivery, or additional delivery charges.
When Your Order Arrives
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the parcel appears significantly damaged or tampered with, document the condition where possible and contact gēber as soon as possible.
