How long does delivery take?

Karachi orders generally take 2–3 working days. Orders outside Karachi generally take 5–7 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

How does the free fragrance tester work?

For eligible fragrance orders, a separate free 5ml tester is provided so you can experience the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle.

What if I do not like the fragrance?

Keep the full-size bottle unopened and its original plastic seal intact, then contact us to initiate a return under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I return the full-size fragrance after opening it?

No. The full-size fragrance must remain unopened with its original plastic seal intact to qualify under the tester-first return process.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact gēber as soon as possible and provide your order details and, where possible, photographs of the parcel and product. We will work toward a fair resolution.

Can I return other gēber products?

Eligibility depends on the product category, condition, whether it has been opened or used, the relevant product policy, and applicable law.

Why can the same product feel different from person to person?
